Argentina rules it unconstitutional to sentence people to prison for personal use of drugs

In 2009, a judgment from the Supreme Court in Argentina ruled that it is unconstitutional to enforce a law that sentences people to prison for being caught with a small quantity of drugs for personal use. This judgment is known as the Arriola ruling.
